How do personal injury solicitors get paid?
Many people are confused by how personal injury solicitors get paid when representing their clients on a 'No Win No Fee' basis.
If your claim is successful then under a 'Conditional Fee Agreement', your solicitor's fees will be paid by the other side. In addition a solicitor will typically receive a success fee of 25% which is deducted from your compensation.
If your claim is unsuccessful then personal injury solicitors do not earn anything at all and you will not incur any costs.
