Service and ethics

Quittance believes in offering a respectful, considerate and empathetic service for clients.  Our ongoing internal training program is intended to help our company deliver relevant and up to date advice that helps prospective Claimants decide on their next steps.

We only ever call clients when asked to do so and have a firm policy against cold calling.
