Howard qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and has specialised in personal injury for over 25 years. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is a recognised Law Society Personal Injury Panel expert. Howard has been a Director at Quittance since its incorporation.
Howard's experience in complex, high-value injury claims means he regularly represents people with serious injuries. He has negotiated compensation for traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries and accidents causing quadriplegia or tetraplegia.
Howard is also an expert in acting for bereaved parties following fatal accidents and often provides representation at inquests.
Why did Howard join Quittance?
"I help people who have experienced a life-changing illness or injury. I derive enormous satisfaction from helping clients move forwards with their lives and recognise that negotiating the highest possible compensation settlement is a critical part of that. I chose to join Quittance as their approach helps ensure that claimants receive the maximum compensation for their injuries."
