Medical examination (or medical assessment)

A medical exam is an important part of any personal injury claim.

During the exam, an independent medical expert will assess the nature and seriousness of your injuries. The expert will then present their findings, including their prognosis for your recovery, in the form of a medical report.

Your solicitor will refer to this medical report when they calculate how much compensation you should receive.
