The Judicial College is the organisation that trains judges in England and Wales.
The Judicial College was known as the Judicial Studies Board (JSB) until 1 April 2011.
The Judicial College publishes its' "Guidelines for the Assessment of General Damages in Personal Injury Cases" which sets out the levels of General Damages to be paid in personal injury claims.
