No. It is no longer necessary for you to attend a solicitors office to make a claim. Quittance are a nationwide company and our panel solicitors help hundreds of clients based throughout England and Wales every month. 

What happens if I need to sign documents?

Our solicitors will correspond with you will by telephone, letter or email.  At no stage will you need to attend our offices to sign any documents.

Can my solicitor visit me at home or in hospital?

Yes. If necessary we can arrange to visit you at your home or at hospital.

If I need a medical, will it be carried out locally?

Yes.  Personal Injury Claimants are usually expected to attend a medical assessment to support their claim and give it the maximum chance of success.  Claimants will be expected to attend a medical whichever solicitor they choose to represent them.
