NHBC
The National House Building Council, referred to by the abbreviation ‘NHBC’, is the most common warranty provider for new homes built in the UK.
The NHBC was set up in 1936 with a view to raising construction industry standards of new homes throughout the UK.
The NHBC does not have shareholders or profit distributions and reinvests any profits in initiatives that help the house building industry increase the quality and standards of new homes.
