Fittings and contents form (TA10)
The Fittings and contents form (TA10) is a standard Law Society form listing all of the fixtures and fittings included in a property sale.
The form is provided by the conveyancing solicitor at the beginning of the conveyancing process. The form is then completed by the seller and forwarded to the buyer's solicitor.
The TA10 is a legally binding document that forms part of the contract of sale.
It makes sense to think about what you will be leaving as early in the sale process as possible. The form can then be completed without delay - ideally before you find a buyer. You can always agree changes with the buyer at a later date - before you exchange contracts.
